Tech and Digital Storage Upgrades

The Bond includes added security cameras, WiFi extension, server, and data security upgrades to keep information secure.

Restroom renovation, paint, flooring, roof repairs, and other large scale capital renovations at most campuses.

Purchase of 34 New Busses

As the fleet of busses ages more than 30 busses are more than 20 years old. Rather than spend on major overhauls it is better to sell the old busses and replace them.

Climate Control Infrastructure Maintenance

With near constant use air handlers, fans, pumps, chillers, boilers and electrical components all wear. Maintenance and replacement of these costly components is included in the bond.

Special Needs Playground Equipment

Inclusive Equipment for All

The bond would add playground equipment for Special Needs students at all existing elementary schools. Everyone deserves an opportunity to play.

Sports Field Upgrades

Sport Turf on Baseball and Softball Fields

The 2026 bond does NOT include upgrades to the baseball and softball fields with sports turf or bleacher improvements.

Second Natatorium

Pool Facilities for Mag West and Proposed High School #3

The 2026 bond does NOT include funding for a second competition pool on the west side of the district. All students will continue to use the Natatorium at Magnolia High School.

Covered Outdoor Spaces

Covered Space for Band, Guard, ROTC, and Athletics

The 2026 bond will NOT include funding for covered activity spaces. The band, color guard, ROTC, and various athletic teams will not have a covered practice area for extreme heat or inclement weather events.
